We have selected for you a range of frozen salmon, sourced from fish farmed and harvested in Norway, a country renowned for the exceptional quality of its salmon.
The salmon are then sent to Poland, where they are carefully processed in our partner factory, and frozen using the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) method.
This process ensures optimal quality, preserves the flavours intact, and allows for easy separation of portions.
